Many years have passed since I last saw Pat.
Fortunately I was able to speak to him many days over the last two months. When we were young we did everything together, where Pat was I was.
He was my true friend my best friend the best man at my wedding. I'm sad beyond words.
I've prayed for Pat and all that have passed, for Pat's family's that they will be comforted and felt loved by ourLord. God bless my friend it was a honor to know you!

I've only known Pat for a short time. I was introduced to him through some friends. Immediately I took a liking to the guy. Very outgoing and friendly. I shall miss him. My deepest sympathies to the Riley family.

Words cannot express how sorry I am to hear about the passing of Pat. To the Riley family my deepest sympathy is with you all. I remember Pat as a fun loving person. How he restored an old truck. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. God Bless You All.

Pat was my uncle through marriage for many years. I've known him since grade school. I worked with him for several years through the 80's and 90's. We were not extremely close, but I always held a very high respect for him. Pat was a family person before anything else. In the years I worked with him, he taught me plenty, not only about our given trade, but about life and values as well. The Pat that I remember was a HUGE John Wayne buff, and many of the good parts of the Duke's characters in his films found their way to Pat. (...and well, maybe one or two questionable ones too!) I would like to think that some of the good things that I experienced through him will live on through myself, and I am POSITIVE that they will live on through those he was close to. As he has now crossed over, I would like to think that he is sitting with Billy Griffin, doing heaven knows what! If I could be bold enough to try to define what the Pat I knew stood for with a John Wayne quote, it would certainly be this... "I define manhood simply: men should be tough, fair and courageous, never petty, never looking for a fight, but never backing down from one either." Godspeed Pat.
