On November 3, 2018 Bruce Billie Billips, devoted husband of the late Frances A. Billips (nee Wood); beloved mother of Judy Wilcox and her husband Tim, Sheila Mosele and her husband Ken and Linda Schlogel and her husband Henry; loving "Pop" of Bruce, April, Kenny, Chris, Crystal and the late Henry; cherished great-grandfather of Mandy, Marie, Heather, Chloe and Cheston; loving great-great-grandfather of Charley Ann and Julian.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Thursday at 1 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm.

Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
