On January 1, 2020 George E. Lyons, Jr.; devoted husband of the late Ruth Lyons (nee Seim); beloved father of Kathleen Curran, Alice Chalker, and Dorothy Brown and her husband Jerry; loving grandfather of Sara, Deana, Anna, Jenn and Josh; cherished great-grandfather of Alexa, Tim, Zach, Serenity, Cayman and Sydney; dear brother of the late Joseph Lyons; loving companion of Elaine Hudnet.
A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday at 10 am. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm.
Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens
