On July 22, 2019 James W. Riley beloved husband of Linda S. Riley (nee Davis); devoted father of Britt J. Riley, Jessica L. Felter and her husband John E.; loving grandfather of Kayla N. Felter, Blake A. Felter, Ashly N. Felter and Crystal R. Felter and her fiance' Michael Martinez; cherished great-grandfather of Christian L. Martinez, Jackson D. Martinez and Alexander W. Felter; dear brother of Bonnie, Bobby, Gary, Ricky and the late Billy and Pat.
A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Friday July 26th, 2019 at 1:30 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday July 25th, 2019 from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm. A celebration of life will take place after the services at the cemetery at the Elk's Lodge - 1007 E. Homberg Avenue, Essex MD 21221.
