On April 3, 2019 Johnnie Rae Horton (nee Finney) devoted wife of the late Charles H. Horton; beloved mother of Orville J. Horton and his wife Frances, Patricia A. Cherry and her husband John, and the late Gary D. Horton. Also survived by 8 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren and numerous nieces nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Monday at 10 am. Visiting hours will be held on Sunday from 2-4 and 6-8 pm. Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens. Contributions may be made to the: Parkinson's Foundation, 200 SE 1st Street Suite #800, Miami FL 33131
