On June 11, 2017 Karen D. Martin loving companion of the late Marvin Spangler; devoted best friend of Dawn Squires and Dee Priet; loving mother of Joe Smith Jr. and his wife Teresa; dear grandmother of Jeremy. Also survived by many family members and friends.

Funeral services will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Wednesday, June 14th, 2017 at 7:30 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, June 14th, 2017 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Graveside services and interment will be held on Thursday, June 15th, 2017, 11:30 am, at Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Hanover, PA.
