Marvin "Gomer" Dale Pyle

On August 9, 2019 Marvin "Gomer" Dale Pyle devoted husband of Doris Ellen Pyle (nee Adams); beloved father of Johnny E. Adams, Tanya L. Herold and her husband Brian, and George P. Pyle and his wife Nicole; loving "Poppy" of Alexandria, Emily, Jordan, Austin and Haley; dear brother of Ada Mae Anglin, Augustine Gray, Loretta Trader, Robert Pyle, Virgil Pyle, Elmer Pyle and the late Blanch Shaffer.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held on Monday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm.

Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
