On June 16, 2017 Maurice "Marce" P. Mattheu Jr; devoted husband of Deborah R. Mattheu (nee Tucciarella); beloved father of Ryan Mattheu and his wife Sherri, Jason Mattheu, and Alicia Sgroi and her husband Jon; loving "Pop" of Emily, Kaylin, Dallas and Luca.

A memorial service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Ave., on Thursday, June 22nd, at 7 pm. Interment private.
