On February 17, 2019 Nellie C. Powell (nee Rugemer) beloved wife of Richard V. Powell; devoted mother of Edward Powell and his wife Jennifer; Cynthia Powell, Karen Bell and her husband Timothy Sr. and Lorrie Horney and her husband Rick Sr. Also survived by 16 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren and many loving family members and friends.
