Lacher, Jr; devoted husband of Laura Lacher (nee Brinkley); beloved father of Kara Marie Barnhart, Sarah Magnolia Catalina, Emily Olivia Catalina, Alexander Thomas Catalina and William Connor Smoot; dear brother of Suzanne Schmidt, Mimi Rehbein, Paul Lacher, Josef Lacher, Roxanne Cargile and Jackie Zinkhan; cherished son of Betty and the late Norman G. Lacher, Sr. Also survived by 4 grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday from 7-9 pm. Interment private.
