Palmer "PJ" J. Lamar Jr.

On September 28, 2017 Palmer "PJ" J. Lamar Jr., who was a WWII veteran serving on the U.S.S. Intrepid and also worked at Bethlehem Steel for over 35 yrs; devoted husband of the late Dorothy Lamar (nee Bogdon); beloved brother-in-law of Rose Rae and Agnes Radecki; loving brother of the late Arnold Lamar; also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A receiving of friends will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Ave. on Saturday, October 7th, 2017 from 1-3 pm, at which time a memorial service will begin. Interment private. Contributions may be made to the Disabled Veterans at PO Box 14301 Cincinnati, OH 45250-0301
