Fields and his wife Bridget, Calvin "Matthew" Fields and his wife Nicole and Joshua D. Fields; dear sister of Kay Bayne and her husband Paul; loving grandmother of Krystin C. Kaitlyn A., Dylan M., Dakota M., Natalie G., Wesley G. and Madalynn N. Fields and Micah I. and Eric A. Spessato Jr.; great grandmother of Adalyn Herron and Grady, Cade, Owen and Colton Spessato.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Thursday at 8 pm. Visiting hours on Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Interment private.
