Patricia P. (Pylant) Mislak

On April 23, 2018 Patricia P. Mislak (nee Pylant) beloved wife of the late Melvin F. Mislak; devoted mother of Michael J. Mislak and his wife Joyce, David R. Mislak and his wife Donna and Stephanie J. Woolfenden and her husband Edgar; loving grandmother of Lauren M. Rebbel and her husband Todd, Nicholas P. Mislak and his wife Kristin, Sarah E. Mislak-Gentry and her husband Michael and Jordan D. Mislak and his wife Becky. Also survived by eight great grandchildren.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Friday at 11am. Visiting hours on Thursday 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Interment Oak Lawn Cemetery
