Ruth (Buttrey) Milam

On December 2, 2018 Ruth Milam (nee Buttrey) passed away peacefully in her sleep, loving wife of the late Lionel “Bernie” Milam; devoted mother of Nancy Bryant, Rick Milam, David Milam, Barry “Keith” Wiggins and the late Bernard “Dale” Milam; beloved “Granny” of Denise, Bernie, Helen, Rick, Shawn, Bernie, Sharon, Stephanie, Natalie and Bryan; cherished Great “Granny” of 10 Great Grand Children and 5 Great Great Grandchildren; dear sister of Alan Taylor, Mary Harris, the late John Buttrey and the late Josephine “Jo-Jo” Rutherford. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends. 

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue, on Monday at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held Sunday from 3-5,7-9 pm.

Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
