William "Billy" Talley Obituary

On July 18, 2018 William "Billy" E. Talley beloved husband of Carolyn J. Talley (nee O'Neal); devoted father of Melinda K. Talley, W. Brian Talley, Rebecca L. Talley and Matthew R. Talley; dear brother of the late Theodore and Richard Talley; loving grandfather Steven and Tyler Kirkpatrick, Aubrey, Adam, Emma and Cameron Talley, Matthew Talley, Jr., Abia, Samuel and Eden Talley; great grandfather of Jackson Kirkpatrick. Also survived by many nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Saturday at 10:30 am. Visiting hours on Friday 3-5 and 7-9 pm. Interment Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
