Barbara Ann (Izbicki) Spokus

Suddenly on March 18, 2024, Barbara Ann Spokus (nee Izbicki) passed away.  She is survived by her husband of 52 years Thomas A. Spokus.  Barbara was the middle child of Edward and Adele Izbicki and was born and raised in Baltimore and graduated from Catholic High School.  She married Tom on December 11, 1971 and they lived in Dundalk for most of their lives. 

                Barbara worked for the Social security Administration for 30 years before retiring.  She was a great cook, an accomplished pinochle player and a loving mother to many dogs that her and Tom had throughout their lives together. Kylie, one of Barb’s two German Shepherds passed away 2 weeks prior to her death and Margo, her other German Shephard sadly passed along with her mommy.

                Along with her husband Tom, Barbara will be missed by her brothers-in-law, Roger Thibaudeau and Frank Spokus and her sisters-in-law, Jessie Thibaudeau and Donna Spokus and many nieces and nephews.
