Bunie R. Howard (nee Shifflett)

On Monday, January 8, 2024 Bunie R. Howard (nee Shifflett) quietly passed away.  She was the devoted wife of the late Rev. William "Bill" S. Howard Sr.; the loving mother of Delores Lundsford, E. Michael Shifflett (Leslie), the late Stanley F. Shifflett and Delmar F. Shifflett; stepmother to William Howard Jr. and Sharon Osttander.  She is also survived by her grandchildren Shelly Laing, Wayne Lundsford, Keith Lundsford, Danny Shifflett, Adam Shifflett, David Shifflett, Dawn Culver and Heather Cutson; and many great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.

Visiting hours will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Sunday, January 14th from 2 - 4 PM where Funeral Services will be held on Monday, January 15th at 11:00 AM.

Burial will be at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
