Charles was the proud owner of Tracey’s House of Darts on Macon Street in Greektown, a beloved local establishment where many fond memories were made. In his spare time, Charles found joy on the water with his boat, M.T.Pockets, which offered him both a peaceful retreat and countless adventures.
