Willey passed away; devoted husband of the late Genevieve "Jenny" Willey; beloved father of Jackie Curtis-Blankley and her husband Timothy; loving grandfather of Meghan Curtis and her husband Sean Lewen; cherished great-grandfather of Llaila, Syanee, G-ano, and Selena.

Services and Interment will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens,10201 Bird River Rd., Middle River, MD 21220 on Monday, January 10th, 2022 at 12 noon.
