Charles "Fred" Meissenger Obituary
On June 11, 2021 Charles "Fred" Frederick Meissenger passed away; devoted husband of the late Helen "Pat" I. Oxendine (nee Bowman); beloved step-father of Stanford Oxendine and his wife Barbara, and Jeffrey Oxendine; loving grandfather of Eric and Kevin; cherished great-grandfather of William, Lacey, Brieann and Ruby.
A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue, on Saturday, June 19th, 2021 at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, June 18th, 2021 from 7 - 9 pm.
Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
