On October 8, 2021 Charlotte Blair Cullings (nee Sprecher) passed away; devoted wife of Gary Cullings; beloved mother of Douglas Cullings and his wife Angela, and Anthony Cullings and his wife Rebecca; loving grandmother of Mya Cullings and Daren Cullings (Angela and Douglas), Raeleigh Cullings and Adelle Cullings (Rebecca and Anthony); dear sister of Allan Sprecher, Carla Jester, Carolyn Sprecher, Charles Sprecher, the late Carl Sprecher, the late Calvin Sprecher, and the late Cheryl Scharf; cherished daughter of the late Carl Sprecher and the late Patricia Sprecher

A service will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens, 10201 Bird River Rd., Middle River, MD 21220 on Thursday, October 14th, 2021 at 12:30 pm in the Chapel of Peace.

Interment private.
