Charlotte Ruth Elliott

March 3,2025 Charlotte Ruth Elliott, age 82 passed away. She was the daughter of the late Catherine and James Nocar. She was the beloved mother of Wanda Magness, the late Robert Elliott jr., Deborah Bozarth and Connie Fine Groncki. She was a loving grandmother to 5 grandchildren,  12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. She was the sister of Margaret Heater, the late Jack Nocar, William Nocar, John Nocar and Cassie Nocar. 

A memorial service will be held at

Connelly Funeral Home of Essex on March 23, 2025  from 3-5 pm
