On February 14, 2020 Charlotte Theresa Milburn (nee Brusak) devoted wife of the late William "Bill" Milburn, Sr.; beloved mother of William Milburn, Jr. and his wife Terry, Mark Milburn, Jeff Milburn and his wife Stacey, and the late Steven Milburn; loving "Mom-Mom" of Daniel, Matthew, Christopher, Bradley, Hannah and Jake; cherished great "Mom-Mom" of Zachary, Sophia, Winston, Benjamin and Allison; dear sister of the late Joseph Brusak II, and the late Frances Grimes.
A mass of christian burial will be celebrated at St. Clare Catholic Church, 714 Mryth Ave., Essex, MD 21221 on Wednesday at 10:30 am. Visiting hours will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday from 3 - 5, and 7 - 9 pm.
Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
