David Arnold Sutphin, Sr.

On December 30, 2020 David Arnold Sutphin, Sr. passed away; devoted husband of Thelma M. Sutphin (nee Phillips); beloved father of Cynthia "Cindy" A. Deckert and her husband Edward, the late David Arnold Sutphin, Jr. and his wife Julie, the late Kenneth Sutphin; cherished grandfather to Shaun Burkowski and his wife Jennifer, Tamara Chumley and her husband Chris, Kenny Sutphin, Tiffani Sutphin, the late Aaron Sutphin, Justin Sutphin and Tara Sutphin; cherished great-grandfather to Tyler Burkowski, Hailey Burkowski, Landon Burkowski, David Noble Sutphin, Audra Chumley, Summer Seitz, Kaitlyn Sutphin; dear brother to Lee Sutphin, Len Sutphin, the late Belton Sutphin, the late Larry Sutphin and the late Kerry Sutphin. Also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday January 5th, 2020 at 11 am. Visitation will be held on Monday January 4th, 2020 from 3 to 5 pm and 7 to 9 pm.
