Elaine (Kreiner) Engers

On Friday, May 10, 2024 Elaine Engers passed away.  She was the loving wife of 60 years to the late Joseph Charles Engers; devoted mother of Debbie Popp (Bob), Diane Heinle (John) and Dawn Dennis (Ken); sister of Sharon Barker.  She is survived by her grandchildren, Renee' Harbaugh (Daren), Rob Popp (Rosalie), Kristy Lester (Carl), Melissa Dennis, Kenny Dennis (Stacy) and Mandy Holmes (Brett); also survived by 11 great-grandchildren and many other loving relatives and friends that will dearly miss her.

Elaine was predeceased by her parents John George Kreiner and Fannie Kreiner (nee Wells); her grandson Corey Popp and her brother Jack Kreiner.

Visitation will be held on Monday, May 13, 2024 from 2:30 to 4:30 pm and 6:00 to 8:00 pm at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue where Funeral Services will be held on Tuesday, May 14th at 10:00 am.

Interment immediately following at Oak Lawn Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers family has requested donations be made to the Alzheimers Association.
