Elizabeth "Betty" Clara (Withrow) Rosier

Elizabeth Clara Rosier, (Betty) born August 6, 1948, passed away peacefully on March 15, 2026, surrounded by her loving children and grandchildren.

Elizabeth (Betty)was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. She was known for her strong work ethic and dedication to her family. During her career, she worked for Cloverland Dairy and later for Royal Farms, where she spent more than 15 years. She retired at the age of 62.

Elizabeth (Betty)treasured her family above all else. She was a devoted wife, daughter, sister,  mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who loved spending time with her children and watching her family grow.

She was preceded in death by her first husband of 13 years, Jesse J. Merrill, and by her second husband of 22 years, Kenneth William Rosier.

Elizabeth (Betty)is survived by her children, Sharon Seaberg, Ruthann Evans (Brent), and Agnes Lynn Hodges (William). She also leaves behind her beloved grandchildren: Chad (Tabitha), Jessica, Jeremy, Stephanie (Joshua), Larry Dean, and Kenneth, as well as 12 cherished great-grandchildren.

Elizabeth (Betty) will be remembered for her love of family, her kindness, and the many memories she created with those who knew and loved her. She will be deeply missed by all whose lives she touched. 

A Funeral Service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Friday, March 20th, 2026 at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, March 19th, 2026 from 2 - 4, and 6 - 8 pm.
