Elizabeth "Libby" Anne (Patterson) Lowers

On September 23, 2025 Elizabeth "Libby" Anne Lowers (nee Patterson), whose teaching career spanned over 40yrs with the Baltimore County Public School System, passed away; devoted wife of Logan M. Lowers Jr; beloved mother of Shelaine Geiman and her husband Dan, and Erin Mims; loving grandmother of Dean, Leah, Logan, Savannah and Alyssa; cherished great-grandmother of Jackie; loving daughter of the late Aubrey Patterson Jr and the late Betty Patterson; dear sister of Russell Patterson, Aubie Patterson, David Patterson and Sheryl Paris. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends, including her beloved members of Essex United Methodist Church.

 Celebration of Life will be held on
