Ella Justine Blackburn

Ella Justine Blackburn, age 94, passed away peacefully on January 11, 2025. She was born on August 8, 1930 in Kentucky to the late Floyd and Hassie Lowe. She is the beloved wife of the late Reed I. Blackburn. Justine is preceded in death by her daughter Linda Hooper; she is survived by loving family members Ed and Ellyn Hooper, Laura Hooper and Ed Gould, David Hooper and Kim Huffman, Sarah and George Stulock, and great grandchildren Austin Hooper, Chase Hooper, Dylan Hooper, Ashlind Gould, and Logan Stulock; other family members and friends.

A viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue, Baltimore MD 21221 on Wednesday from 10am - 12pm with a funeral service beginning at 12pm. Interment will follow at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
