Ernestine Lee Hohman

Ernestine Lee Hohman, affectionately known as Ernie, age 72, passed away peacefully on October 17, 2025. She was born on July 12, 1953 to the late Ernest Alexander and the late Margaret Castlebury. Ernie is the beloved wife of over 56 years to William B. Hohman, Sr.; cherished mother of the late William B. Hohman, Jr.; Michelle (Glen) Bender, Chastity Lee Hohman, William J. Hohman, David (Ashley) T. Hohman; loving grandmother of 16 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren; caring sister of Nellie, Hazel, Suzy, Mary, Kitty, Guy, Buddy, James, Jimmy, Donald, Pam, Cindy; and also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue, Baltimore MD 21221 on Thursday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral service will be held on Friday at 10am followed by burial at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
