Felix met Ellen, the love of his life, on a blind date on Valentine’s Day. Felix always wanted what was best for his family. Besides putting family first, Felix was a leader, an estimator and owner of Kay Construction Co. He had a mind for numbers, engineering and construction. Felix loved dogs and enjoyed fishing, studying history, car facts and the stock market.
You could ask him about any car or truck, and he’d give you the lowdown, specifically the engine statistics, where to buy it and for how much, but first he would ask you what color car you liked. He was proud of his Polish heritage. Felix was a Korean War veteran, a lifelong parishioner of St. Clare’s Catholic Church and a member of the Knights of Columbus.
The family will receive friends at Connelly’s Funeral Home of Essex at 300 Mace Avenue, Baltimore, MD 21221 on Tuesday November 24th from 3-5 pm and 7-9 pm.
In addition, a funeral mass will be held at St. Clare’s Catholic Church at 714 Myrth Avenue, Essex, MD 21221 on Wednesday November 25th at 11 am.
Face masks and social distancing are required so we can safely mourn our loss.
In lieu of flowers the family would like donations sent to 2 different charities: Unbound. Www.Unbound.org and Heifer International www.heifer.org. We are working hard to make this difficult Covid-19 era occasion safe, appropriate, and in everyone’s comfort zone.
Please keep Ellen and the large Kwiatkowski family in your thoughts and prayers this upcoming week.
