On December 13, 2023 Florence "Flo" Helen Polanka (nee Moyer) passed away; devoted wife of 64 yrs. of Joseph Matthew Polanka Jr; beloved mother of Joseph Matthew Polanka III and his wife Leah, Michael Anthony Polanka, Lisa Ann Hoppert and her husband Jeff, and Diane Elizabeth Benton and her husband Don; loving grandmother of Nicholas Polanka, Christopher Hoppert, Brittanee Barefoot, Brandi Hoppert, and the late Michael Polanka Jr; cherished great-grandmother of John, Joey, Emmie and Colton.
