On July 26, 2019 Francis "Frank" Thaddeus Kowalczyk devoted husband of Theresa Jane Kowalczyk (nee Kinder). Also survived by 1- stepson, 1- brother, 1- sister 1- aunt, 1 - "Fairy great-granddaughter" and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins. Also predeceased by 1-grandson.
A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Wednesday at 10 am. Visiting hours will be held on Tuesday from 3-5 and 7-9 pm.
Interment at Sacred Heart of Mary Cemetery, 7501 German Hill Rd., Dundalk, MD 21222.
