Obituary
On May 11, 2022 Gertrude "Gert" Anntionette Ritz (nee Melovitz) passed away; devoted wife of the late Charles F. Ritz; beloved mother of Richard Ritz and his wife Linda, William Ritz and his wife Bonnie, and Charles Ritz and his wife Hope; loving grandmother of Erin, Sarah, William J., Brian, Jennifer and Jessica; cherished great-grandmother of Rowan, Ralph, Rocco, Evan, Jacob, Jonas, Madeleine and Patrick; dear sister of Rosemary Davis, Kathleen Quinn, the late John Melovitz and the late Paul Melovitz. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.
A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 at 1 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, May 14th, 2022 from 11 am - 1 pm.
Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
