Gordon "Gordy" Lee Cook, Sr.

On August 18, 2020 Gordon "Gordy" Lee Cook, Sr. passed away; devoted husband of the late Gertrude Patience Cook (nee Nail); beloved father of Clifford Brian Cook, Sr. and his wife Robin, and the late Gordon Lee Cook, Jr.; loving "Pop-Pop" of Daniel Cook, Trae Cook, C.J. Cook and Courtney Cook; cherished great "Pop-Pop" of Elizabeth Cook and Adrianna Cook; dear brother of William Charles Cook, the late Frederick Cook, Jr., the late Margaret Cook, the late Jean Halford, the late Shirley Cook, the late John Cook, Sr., the late Richard Cook, the late Clifford Cook, Sr., the late Lawrence Cook, Sr., and the late Norma Cook.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Tuesday, August 25th, 2020 at 10 am. Visiting hours will be held on Monday, August 24th, 2020 from 3 - 5, and 7 - 9 pm.

Interment at Gardens of Faith Cemetery.
