Gwen was born on December 15, 1946.  Gwen is preceded in death by her parents, John and Ginny Robertson.  Adored Mom to her son Arnie Saxberg, daughter Shelly Canter, and mother-in-law to Bob Canter.  Cherished Mom-Mom to Bryan and Austin Canter and beloved sister to Shelly Morris and Roger Cain.  Aunt Gwennie also leaves behind many nieces, nephews, and cousins.  

Born in West Virginia, Gwen migrated to Sparrows Point, MD early in life where she was raised and lived her life to the fullest. Gwen was always surrounded by family, friends, and those who loved her dearly. She was always willing to help and love those who walked into her life. As each year came and went, she always found a way to bring light and wisdom into every situation.

Often referred to as “Princess Gwendolyn”, she was also Mom-Mom and Aunt Gwennie to so many beyond her family lines. Gwen always said it was a privilege to watch her children, grandchildren, and extended family grow throughout the years.

Gwen spent the majority of her career as a jeweler but was much more than just a saleswoman to all of her customers. She took great pride in her work and helped many couples and countless others create keepsakes for all of life's greatest moments.

Gwen will always be remembered as the life of the party, a shoulder for support, and for her infinite words of wisdom, a gift she offered (unsolicited or not), to anyone she met.
