On May 3, 2020 Helen Delma Balch (nee Talasky) passed away; beloved wife of the late William Spencer Balch, Sr.; devoted mother to Barbara A. Balch, Jean "Balch" DeBusk, William S. Balch, Jr. and his wife Bonnie and Guy F. Balch; loving grandmother to Jackie Samborski, Matthew Balch, Kristen Balch, Joshua Balch, Samantha Rayman, Kaitlin Balch, William S. Balch III and Michael DeBusk; loving great-grandmother to 8 great-grandchildren and in addition to expecting twins.

A graveside service will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens on Thursday at 11 am. Arrangements were made by the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue, Essex MD 21221
