On October 25, 2023 Henry "Hank" John Voelker, Jr., who served as a Sergeant in the U.S. Army, and then later served in the Baltimore City Police Department for 30 years, passed away; devoted husband of the late Gwynndolyn M. Voelker (nee Taylor); beloved father of Henry Joseph Voelker Sr., and his wife Gail, Patricia V. Bateman and her husband Marc, and Paul G. Voelker and his wife Marcy; loving "Pop" of Joseph and his wife Ady, Dorothy, Lily, Justin, Davis and Ethan; cherished great-"Pop" of Logan and Dagen; dear brother of Janet Ceselsky and the late L. Eugene Voelker. Also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Thursday, November 2nd, 2023 at 11 am. Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, November 1st, 2023 from 6 - 8 pm.
