James Depetris Obituary

On November 123, 2021 James Louis Depetris, born on May 31, 1947, went to be with God after suffering a massive Stroke. He died peacefully at Franklin Square Hospital surrounded by his loved ones.

James is the devoted long time partner to his girlfriend, Debbie George, dear brother to Jerry Depetris and John Depetris, loving father to Christine Singelakis, Jeffrey Depetris, and Timothy George. He is also dear to his grandchildren, Tre, Timmy, and Tyler George, Tessa, Matthew, and Nicholas Singelakis. James was predeceased by brothers Jeffrey and Joseph Depetris and parents Charles and Mildred Depetris.

James enjoyed a quiet life. He loved fishing, collecting antiques, cooking, hunting, playing the lottery, and most of all taking care of Debbie after he retired from Safeway meat department in 2014. He had a brief service in the military where he received several medals and was quite the boxer back in the day. Funeral arrangements are to be decided in the near future.
