John "Jack" Frederick Burkhardt III

On January 5, 2025 John "Jack" Frederick Burkhardt III passed away; devoted long-time companion of Diane Lasek; beloved father Melissa Lorenzo; loving grandfather of Brandon; cherished son of the late John Burkhardt Jr and the late Sylvia Ptasynski; dear sister of Sharon Fisher; loving uncle of Daneen; best friends of Daniel "Danny" McIntyre and Mike Pilat. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

Graveside services and Entombment will be held at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens on Tuesday, January 14th, 2025 at 1 pm.
