John "Sonny" Joseph Anthony

On March 23, 2024 John "Sonny" Joseph Anthony passed away; devoted husband of Ada M. Anthony (nee Cagey); beloved father of Edward L. Anthony and his wife Doris, Charles A. Anthony and his wife Dena, Martin D. Anthony and his wife Mandi, Joseph V. Anthony and his wife Wendy, John R. Anthony and his wife Tammy, and Jacqueline Grove and her husband Tim; loving son of the late Joseph and the late Elizabeth Anthony; dear brother of the late Andrew Anthony. also survived by numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren along with many other loving relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Saturday, March 30th, 2024 at 7 pm.
