Joseph James Cullings

Joseph James Cullings, age 73, passed away peacefully at home on December 30, 2025. He was born on September 22, 1952 to the late Rae and Anne Cullings. Joe is the beloved husband of over 40 years to Christine Cullings; cherished father of Donovan Cullings and his wife Valerie and Christopher Cullings and his fiancé Samantha; dear grandfather of Makenzi Cullings and Avery Cullings; caring brother of Gary Cullings; loving uncle of Theresa Sedlak, Douglas Cullings, and Anthony Cullings; also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

A viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Ave, Baltimore MD 21221 on Saturday, January 3 from 2-4pm and 6-8pm with a Celebration of Life beginning at 6pm. Interment will be private.
