Joseph Richard Williams, Jr., age 59, passed away peacefully on November 14, 2024. He was born on June 25, 1965 to the late Marie Browne (nee Moulsdale). Joe is the beloved and cherished husband of over 9 years to Vickie Williams; loving father of Jessica and her husband Nick, Karen and her husband David, and Christina; dear Papa of Hope, Wade, and Cailynn; caring brother of Pat (the late Phil) Oxendine, Charles (the late Carolyn) Wolfe, Carlina Williams, Kathy (the late John) Dodge, Greg Kennedy and his wife Lori, Mike Kennedy and his wife Paige, and Sandy Kennedy and her husband Mike; also survived by many extended family members and a host of friends.
