Katherine L. Young

On October 4, 2018 Katherine L. Young (nee Cobb) loving wife of John R. Young, Sr.; devoted mother of Paula Alford and her husband Dean, Christopher Belcher and his wife Gina, Gregory Belcher and David Belcher and his wife Josephine; beloved grandmother of Gregory, Megan, Corey, Brandon, Tyler, Hunter and Shimere; cherished great grandmother of 11 great grandchildren; dear sister of Sandy, Drema, Joe, Judy, Janie, Jr., Mary, the Late Robert, Jimmy, Dennis and Sammy; She was preceded in death by her first husband Paul W. Belcher. She is also survived by many other loving relatives and friends.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue, on Thursday at 7:30 pm. Visiting hours will be held from 3-5, 7-9 pm. Interment private.
