On November 27, 2024 Kathleen "Kathy" Joyce Piercy (nee Huerter) passed away; devoted wife of the late Larry Piercy: beloved mother of Ryan A. Piercy; loving step-mother of Mathias L. Piercy and Nathan J. Piercy; cherished daughter of Melvin L. Huerter and the late Phyllis A. Himebrook; dear sister of Leigh Snyder and Gwyn Groh. Also survived by 4 grandchildren.
A Mass of Catholic Burial will be celebrated at St. Clare's Catholic Church (Myrth Ave) on Thursday, December 12th, 2024 at 10 am. Visiting hours will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Wednesday, December 11th, 2024 from 2 - 4, and 6 - 8 pm.
Graveside service and interment at Holy Souls Cemetery(Pittsburgh, PA) on Saturday, December 14th at 10 am
