Kenneth W. Rosier

Kenneth William Rosier, age 80, passed away peacefully on November 16, 2023. Kenneth lived in Dundalk and graduated from Dundalk High School. He served in the Army Reserves and worked and retired from W. R. Grace where he worked for over 30 years. He was born on November 21, 1942 to the late Kenneth Woodrow Rosier and the late A. Eileen Rosier (nee Weaver). Kenneth is the cherished and devoted husband of 18 years to Elizabeth Clare Rosier (nee Withrow); cherished father of Ruthann, Sharon, and Agnes; dear brother of Joann Wittstadt, the late Betty Davis, the late Dena Whitner and brother-in-law of Gary Whitner; also survived by many nieces and nephews including Michelle Martin who he had a special bond with.

A viewing will be held at Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Ave, Baltimore MD 21221 on Monday from 2-4pm and 6-8pm. A funeral service will take place Tuesday at 11:30am followed by burial at Meadowridge Memorial Park.
