On August 16, 2020 Laura Ann Hicks (nee Akerman) passed away; devoted fiance' of Danny Douglas; beloved mother of Edward Sible, Jr. and his wife Catherine, Marie Bitzel and her husband Chad, Richard Kosmicki and his wife Serena, and Michele Buchholz and her husband Brandon; loving daughter of Patricia Akerman-Eckhardt and her husband Henry, and the late Fred Akerman. Also survived by 12 grandchildren, 1 great-grandchild, 3 brothers, 3 sisters and predeceased by 1 sister.

Services and interment private.
