Leona Marie (Drayer) Schleicher

On July 23, 2020 Leona Marie Schleicher (nee Drayer) passed away; devoted wife of the late Harry Schleicher, Sr; beloved mother of Louise Gruzs and her husband Don, and Harry Schleicher, Jr. and his wife Natalie; loving grandmother of Katie Gruzs-Schroeder and her husband Doug, Donna Gruzs, Michael Schleicher and his wife Jen, Matthew Schleicher and his wife Fernanda, Ryan Schleicher and his wife Mimi, and Nicholas Schleicher; cherished great-grandmother of William Schroeder, Benjamin Schleicher, and Alexander Schleicher; dear sister of John Drayer. Also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Friday, July 31st, 2020 at 10 am. Visiting hours will be held on Thursday, July 30th, 2020 from 3 - 5 and 7 - 9 pm.

Interment at Holly Hill Memorial Gardens.
