On November 9, 2021 Mark Allen Wheatley passed away; devoted son of Lillian L. Wheatley and the late Franklin S. Hayes; beloved brother of Franklin "Squirt" Wheatley and his wife Christine, the late Bobby Wheatley, the late Gary Hayes, and the late Franklin Hayes, Jr.; loving uncle of Christopher Wheatley, Jack Wheatley and his wife Desiree', and Jessica Stack and her husband Claude "Chip".
