Melvin "Little JD" Anderson

On April 1, 2025 Melvin "Little JD" Anderson passed away; devoted husband of the late Alberta Anderson (nee Tudor); beloved father of Delores Shipman and the late Lynette Anderson; loving grandfather of Dante, Durrelle, Janae, Quaron and Seth; cherished great-grandfather of Jaelyn and Jace; loving son of the late JD Anderson and the late Ida Mae Anderson. Also survived by other loving relatives and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Friday, April 11th, 2025 at 12 noon. Visiting hours will be held on Friday, April 11th, 2025  from 10 am - 12 noon.

Interment at Garrison Forest Veterans Cemetery held on Monday, April 14th, 2025 at 10:45am.
