On September 4, 2021 Oscar "Otz" V. Parks, Jr. passed away; devoted husband of Carmen R. Parks (nee Seabrook); beloved father of Megan Sennett and her husband Derek, Dylan De Rossett, Vance Parks, and Alyssa Parks; loving 'Papaw' of Hayden Sennett and Jaxson De Rossett.

A funeral service will be held at the Connelly Funeral Home of Essex, 300 Mace Avenue on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 at 7:30 pm. Visiting hours will be held on Saturday, September 11th, 2021 from 3 - 5, and 7 - 9 pm.

Interment private.
